Q: Can I view material from Special Collections?

A:

Special Collections items are accessible to UNSW students and staff, visitors and researchers. They are mostly rare books or unique manuscript collections. To view Special Collections material, please submit the Special Collections Enquiry Form online. Our Special Collections team will respond to your request and either supply a digital copy or arrange a viewing appointment time. Materials in Special Collections are retrieved from our storage repository and supplied to the John Howard Reading Room in the Academy Library for viewing. For further information please check the link below.

Please note that the service times and client response times have changed.  Onsite visits from Non UNSW Researchers are currently not available.
