Q: How do I cancel a request for an item?

You can easily cancel a request for an item that you may no longer require.

To do this you logon to your myLibrary account with your Student ID and zPass password.  Click on the 'Requests' link to see what item/s you have requested for.  At the end of the item should be a 'Cancel' link.  Click on this to cancel the request from your record. Please contact the library staff through 'Ask Us a Question' if you are experiencing any difficulties.
