Q: I haven't used my zPass in a while, its not working, can I reset it?


A:

Your zPass password needs to be reset by you every six months. If you don't do this your account will become inaccessible until the password is reset.

UNSW IT provide instructions on How to change your zPass, that will assist you in resetting the password yourself. Please contact UNSW IT Service Centre on (02) 9385 1333 if you have any questions.

Please be aware that this password change will affect your access to myUNSW, myLibrary and other UNSW resources that you may log into, so take note of this for your records.
