Q: How to report when you cannot access an online resource?

If you experience an access problem to an online resource via the Library SearchGateway, you can report it yourself by following the link in View it window of the resource record: 

 

You will be directed to the online form then to submit your report of the issue. Your report will be acknowledged and you will be notified once the problem is rectified. You may also report it to the Library in person, via AskUs, SMS 6143 753 9020, or by calling 02 6268 8116.
