Submit a Request

  • A mediated retrieval service is available to UNSW Canberra staff and students to access physical items from the Academy Library’s General Collections. Up to 5 items per week can be borrowed.

  • Canberra Course Reserve material, Special Collections, and UNSW Sydney Library print items are not currently available for loan.

  • A temporary postal service is available to send items to staff and students who are unable to come on campus. Note that titles with an electronic version in addition to print holdings will not be posted.

  • Clients are asked to check item details, holdings and availability via SearchGateway before submitting their requests. 

  • Please fill in details – Title/Author/Year AND Call number of all require items in the More Detail/Explanation text-box below. 

  • A response will be provided within two working days to confirm arrangements for collection. The onsite collection service is available from 9:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

  • Use the Ask Us Service for additional support to find items for study or research.
