Q: I have requested the library to purchase an item. How soon can I get it?

The time frame of receiving an order of purchase will depend on many factors therefore can not be estimated. It can take from weeks to months.
A purchase request will usually be processed within 48 hours upon successful submission. If for any reason the library will not proceed with your order, we will advise you promptly. The Library will notify you once the item is received, if you have selected "Yes" in "Notify me when it is available?" in your Suggest a Purchase form.
