You need to reset your zPass password every six months. You should receive reminder emails close to the expiry date. If you don't reset, your account will become inaccessible after the expiry date.
You can reset your password via Identity Manager. UNSW IT has instructions on how to change your zPass to guide you through the process. For more assistance please contact the UNSW IT Service Centre on (02) 9385 1333 or email ITServiceCentre@unsw.edu.au.
