If you are accessing the journal or database from on campus - most will not require authentication.

When accessing online journals and databases from off campus, you will be required to authenticate with your zPass.

zPass is the password you use with your UNSW User ID to access:

• Online courses via Moodle,
• myUNSW
• myLibrary (SearchGateway (Library Catalogue)
• Online journals and databases available via the SearchGateway (Library catalogue).

Your User ID is your student/staff number, so your login ID will be in the form of z1234567
