Q: I want to recall items out on loan ... how do I do this?

To recall an item that is on loan:-
- Sign into myLibrary - (myLibrary is only available to UNSW Canberra staff and students - log in using zPass user ID and password).
- Search the library collections and locate a desired title.
- Click the ‘Get it’ link beneath the record/title.
- Click ‘Request’ (this appears beside ‘Request Options’).
- Select a 'Pickup location' of Academy Library, UNSW Canberra then click the orange 'Request' button.
You will receive an email when the item is available for you to collect from the service desk.
