FAQ

MyLibrary is your online space to utilize a suite of library services. You can:

• View your loans including current and past borrowing history, and renew loans
• View your requested items - request/recall items that are on loan or available through the UNSW Sydney collection via the Inter-Campus Loan (ICL) scheme, check status of your requests, cancel your requests
• View and pay library fines
• View messages from the Library
• Select Personal Settings to receive SMS notifications from the Library
• Use e-Shelf to set your search preferences, save your search records and group them into folders for quick access
• Use Queries to save and re-access your search queries, and to set email alert to receive RSS feed on search results.

Note MyLibrary is accessible to UNSW students and staff only. Your zPass is required to access this service. We highly recommend that you login to myLibrary prior to using the Search Gateway for access to the full array of services.
